Sponsor a program to air on channel 22

DCAT provides services and cablecast programs on channel 22 without discrimination and without regard to program content. Program producers and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of their programs.

• Commercial solicitations: Programs are required to be non-commercial, meaning they may not solicit the viewer to purchase or use any commercial product or service.
• Obscenity and slander: Members are required to sign a Program Agreement warranting that the program they are submitting does not contain material which violates any state or federal law relating to obscenity, or that is libelous, slanderous or other defamation of character, or an unlawful invasion of privacy.
• Copyrighted material: Members are required to sign a Program Agreement warranting that the program they are submitting does not contain material which infringes on U.S. copyright laws.

To submit a program to air on DCAT, Channel 22:

• Deliver or email a completed Program Agreement form and DVD to the DCAT office, located upstairs in the Smiley Building, 1309 East 3rd Ave #27, at least two weeks in advance of your preferred play date and time.

• Label the DVD with the program name, series name (if applicable), member's name and phone #.

• Audio must be clear and understandable.

• Pick up your DVD within 2 weeks of airing. DCAT is not responsible for DVD's left at DCAT longer than 4 weeks from original air date

Submit a slide for the Community Bulletin Board

The board airs every day from 11:30-noon and 5-5:30 p.m. and in between our programs. You do not have to be a DCAT member to submit to the CBB, but you do need to be a registered non-profit (501c) organization.  If you would like to submit an item for the DCAT community board please submit a Power point or Keynote slide (720x480 with fonts no smaller than 28) or a .jpg 720x480 picture attached to an email to dcat@dcat.tv with the words PSA in the subject.  All items must include the event date or expiration date.

Businesses can also submit underwriting slides to the Community Bulletin Board.  Businesses get 3 months free with a Business Membership.  Additional months are $50/month.
